Hey Team,

We were going to start trainer rides this week but I decided next week would work better. So here is the deal. Trainer rides at my house 6:00 every Wed. until time changes and we can get back out on the road.  I have a limited number of trainers so get there early to claim yours or bring your own. These rides will start promptly at 6:00 so be on time. I understand there will be some guest coaches doing the honors from time to time so you don't have to worry about me getting boring.

I have misplaced the address as I missed all of last year due to ugly business stuff.  It is fixed as we closed the business in July so I have plenty of time ( no money but hey....) to ride with the team this year.  Thanks.

Trainer Rides - Starting Wednesday February 10th

Please get there early to grab the best spot and set up your trainers.  The session will last about an hour.  Bring water and a towel and some warm clothes to throw on after we are done!!
